Free delivery for orders over $40
$5 delivery for all orders under $40 (just buy another bra)
All NZ orders are couriered, trackable and should arrive within 3-5 working days.

Australia- Courier Delivery
Free delivery for orders over $60
$10 delivery for all orders under $60
All Australian orders are couriered and should arrive within 5-10 working days.

Rest of World- Airmail Delivery:
Free delivery for orders over $75
$20 delivery for all orders under $75

International orders are couriered and should arrive within 5-10 working days. 
Countries we currently ship to:  Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Macau, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, UK, USA and Vietnam.  If you are purchasing Rose & Thorne products from outside of New Zealand, please be aware of any import tax and duties that may be charged on delivery. These vary from country to country and are not covered by Rose & Thorne or the shipping services we provide.

Returns & exchange
We have a hassle free returns policy, and accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase on any bras.
However, we can only offer you a return or exchange if you return the item in its original condition. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on knickers. If you are unsure on fit, please drop us a line before purchasing and we will gladly help out.
Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, but we will gladly cover the cost of delivering your replacement product if you have requested an exchange.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on student site items, so please choose carefully.

However, due to the current Level 4 Alert restrictions we are temporarily unable to dispatch online orders for New Zealand. We encourage you to continue to place your orders online and we will dispatch them as soon as possible. We often sell out of key sizes quickly so this will be a great opportunity to make sure you don't miss out on your size!
